It was a VERY wet summer and cold weather was coming. People were booking out 2 months. I talked to Pete and he realized I could not make needed repairs until my roof was fixed. He came out that day and tarped it, recommended a fix for my chimney problem (which was spot on) and the roof was fixed within a week! I called/emailed NINE different roofers, and only 3 responded promptly. Of the three, I felt Pete gave the most accurate bid, walking the entire roof measuring and assessing the need for a new roof. One other contractor simply walked around the yard, never climbing the roof, and gave a considerably Higher bid for the work. Contractor #3 sent a bid by e-mail, without even visiting our home (how do you do THAT?)...... I found Pete to be sincere, and easy to work with. His crew left our yard as they found it, with no debris left behind, no damage to shrubs, etc. We have a pretty big ranch home with a 3 car garage, and they did the job in ONE day!! 7am til 6pm....... The gutters on my home in Madison are now 40 years old, some of them are angled poorly, overflowing or dripping from the seams. One even started to come off of the house. I called several Gutters Guys from Madison - two out of 8 actually came to my house, for the remaining six I wasn't big enough a job. The folks from Madison told me - without even getting on the roof - that I needed new gutters. Looking for a second opinion, I found Pete: Without hesitation, he came out, got on the roof and guess what - Instead of being replaced, my gutters needed a good cleaning and some other TLC, all of which Pete was able to provide within an hour. Saving me thousands of dollars compared to the Madison folks.

I sent out one last quick email late at night to 4 companies, Pete Ready Literally called me back within 5 minutes. He came out the next day, evaluated and prepared his quote. I'm very happy with the entire experience with Ready Roofing. Pete was always on time, explained things in layman's terms, gave me options, and delivered on everything. I knew I had to replace some decking so he wrote the estimate as a worst case scenario ( which made me a little nervous) but only replaced a few sheets of plywood and the final cost was much lower than the worse case estimate. Overall I'm pretty happy with them and would recommend them and use them again.

Pete is very knowledgeable of what he is doing and has competitive pricing. He is willing to talk you through any questions that you may have and willing to work with you if you want to do your own tear off. I don’t really have a bad thing to say. I think it is impressive that the work comes with a warranty. I was finishing off tear off in the morning of my garage roof when his guys jumped right in to help me finish off. Pete went over what was not up to his standards after the job and was honest throughout the whole process. I had no issues with his communication like some of the other posts on here. I’d recommend based on no leaks thus far!

Pete and his crew were excellent to work with. From first contact to completed job was less than a month and that was because Pete did an estimate to replace the roof while we were in the process of closing on the property. They completed our roof replacement in one day. Pete even had to run to get more shingles that day and one of his crew members came back that night after everyone else left to finish the roof. I was closing on the sale of my home in 3 days when I noticed a gutter failure. Pete returned my call for help promptly and diagnosed a gutter clog by my description. He had family commitments for the weekend but offered to come out Sunday morning to fix the issue for the new owners and in advance of a predicted significant rainfall event. He even fixed an area of siding that had come out of alignment. You don't encounter service like this every day. I would absolutely use Ready Roofing again. Thanks Pete.

Great company to work with. Very professional crew, stayed late into the evening to complete the job, clean up was done well, roof looks amazing. Had gutters done as well and the company that the owner, Pete, uses did a fantastic job. Price was great and we got several quotes. The owner is a very busy guy, so sometimes he didn't call us back when we thought he should, but was very responsive with email and generally called back within a reasonable time, just not as quickly as I sometimes expect. I would recommend this company with only a word of caution to not get too excited if you don't hear from him right away. He was also on the job the day they installed and checked on the gutter job afterwards as well. Thank you for a job well done.
